Our Story
All young people deserve our support to fulfil their dreams and ambitions. Every one of them has huge potential — and to succeed they need life skills, confidence, and the determination to overcome any barrier in their way.
We as adults need to be on their agenda and help them plan for success. 21st Century Legacy was founded with that belief at its core.
Through our flagship Girls Camp and year-round initiatives, we provide transformative experiences that equip young girls with leadership, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to make their voices heard.

As a mother, mentor, humanitarian leader, and Human Resource professional, Marian understands that every parent wants their child to grow into a confident, responsible, and successful adult.
For more than 20 years, she has dedicated her career to developing people, building leaders, and creating opportunities for growth. Through 21st Century Legacy Ghana, she brings that same passion to children and young people, helping them discover their strengths, develop essential life skills, and build the confidence needed to navigate the future.
Marian's vision is simple: to create safe and inspiring spaces where children can learn, lead, serve, and thrive. Every program is designed to nurture character, leadership, creativity, teamwork, and a sense of purpose, ensuring that participants leave not only with new skills but also with greater confidence in who they are and who they can become.

Francesca Alice Enchill-Amakye is a distinguished cosmetologist, etiquette instructor, and director of Alshan Agro and its group of companies. With a passion for excellence and personal development, she has dedicated herself to helping others cultivate confidence, grace, and professionalism through beauty and etiquette education.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alice is an avid reader who appreciates music across diverse genres and values meaningful interactions with people from all walks of life. Known for her warm and engaging personality, she combines leadership with a genuine love for learning and human connection.
She is also a devoted wife and proud mother of five children, balancing family life with her entrepreneurial and educational pursuits.
